John D Hearn, Broker/Owner, has been involved with buying, selling & renting Real Estate for over 25 years. With his vast experience in the field, he started Spring City Realty to assist others with their real estate needs.

John has lived in Ballston Spa, New York since 1989; he was raised in the nearby town of Malta. He and his wife Kathleen manage this business from their office located adjacent to their home. Their two boys attend the Ballston Spa Middle School.

John is a community leader with the Boy Scouts of America. He has been trained as a certified Youth Leader. He enjoys his time with his own boys as well as teaching others the lessons offered through scouting.
